2. That he/she has been clearly and sufficiently informed about the qualifications of the technicians about the safety measures to be taken by the organization during the activity.
3. That he/ she doesn’t suffer any illness, disability or medical restriction for the practice of this activity.
4. That he/ she knows, understands and accepts the rules stated for this sport activity and that he/she submits him/herself to authority of the direction and/or discipline of the organization.
5. That he/ she assumes voluntarily the risk of the sport and/or adventure’s activity and therefore, relieves the organization of any damage or prejudice that he/ she may suffer during the activity. Such exemption does not include the damages of prejudices caused or by negligence of the organization.
6. I declare to be informed of the hygiene-sanitary prevention measures and security measures about Covid19 and the protocol to be followed by the company.
7. Through the signature of this document, the participant accepts and know the conditions hereinafter exposed, which are necessary for the activity of CANYONING.
   1. At all time the participant shall strictly follow the instructions and itinerary established by the guide/s.
   2. The activity that we are going to carry out is an activity that is carried out in a natural environment, not controlled by humans and that has risks that cannot be completely controlled by the Guide and the company.
   3. It is compulsory to wear the helmet at all times when the activity takes place.
   4. The jumps will never be mandatory, and there is always an alternative descent to continue the progression.
   5. It is completely forbidden to perform headfirst jumping.
   6. The client understands and accepts the rule of not doing the activity under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The participation under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is completely forbidden. The intake of such substances before or during the activity is explicitly forbidden. In this case, the guide shall not be responsible for damages resulting from this action, also declining any legal liability arising therefrom.

   8. The non fulfilment of any of these conditions shall cause the immediate expulsion of the activity.

In this case, the guide shall not be responsible for damages resulting from this action, also declining any legal liability arising therefrom.

The participation under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is completely forbidden. The intake of such substances before or during the activity is explicitly forbidden. In this case, the guide shall not be responsible for damages resulting from this action, also declining any legal liability arising therefrom.
