Authorization of transfer of image rights
LOCAL Experiences & Adventures, as responsible for the processing of your data, informs you that the personal data related to your image will be treated for the purposes of promotion and dissemination of the event on its web pages as well as on the social networks associated with the company.
The personal data collected in the photographs refer to the image of the participants in the events organized by LOCAL Experiences & Adventures.
If, in the case of initially consenting to collaboration, at any time you want us to stop using your images, you must notify LOCAL Experiences & Adventures and from that moment on, the images will no longer be used for the purposes indicated.
CONSENT STATEMENT
You declare that you have read the informed consent document and understand the explanations provided in it regarding the use of your images by LOCAL Experiences & Adventures.
You also understand that, at any time and without giving any explanation, you can revoke the consent that you now present. Taking all of this into consideration and under such conditions, YOU CONSENT to your image being used for the purposes specified in this document.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation of the processing of your data by contacting info@localexperiences.es or localexperiences.adventures@gmail.com, accompanying a copy of your ID duly proving your identity. In any situation, you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
